Final AAU fees will be determined based on the success of our fundraiser and sponsorship efforts, with an official fee announcement by May 1, 2025.
Our long-term vision is to operate as a fully donor-funded organization where student-athletes can train, compete, and develop—free of financial barriers. We believe that every athlete should have the opportunity to grow within a competitive and structured program, regardless of their financial situation.
As we launch our 1st Inaugural Summer AAU Season, we are actively working to minimize costs for families while ensuring that each player receives high-quality coaching, facilities, and competition. To achieve this, we are starting with a baseline fee range of $275-$325, which covers all necessary expenses, including:
However, our ultimate goal is to significantly reduce these costs through fundraising, sponsorships, and community support. That is why we are hosting a fundraiser event dedicated solely to covering team expenses, with details to be announced in the next two weeks. Additionally, our sponsorship package program will launch in mid-April, allowing businesses and community partners to support our mission.
With the success of these initiatives, we aim to lower future AAU fees to $75-$115 per player—or even less—as we work toward:
✅ Creating a scholarship fund for families in need
✅ Offering free pickup sessions, camps, and clinics
✅ Expanding our staff and coaching roster to provide an even better experience
If you have experience in fundraising, sponsorships, or successful past fundraising events, we would love to hear from you! Please reach out via email to help us build a sustainable future for OCBC and our athletes.
Together, we can make this program more accessible for all!
