Our Training Camp is a crucial kickoff to the summer AAU season, designed to prepare players for competitive league play. Over three days, teams will engage in two-hour daily practices focused on installing our offensive and defensive systems. This camp provides athletes with the foundation needed to develop team chemistry, understand our playstyle, and sharpen their skills for the season ahead. Attendance is mandatory to ensure a strong start!
Our weekly 2-hour team practices are designed to build team chemistry and reinforce the strategies needed for success. These sessions focus on offensive and defensive schemes, with a team-first approach. Players will learn how to execute plays, communicate effectively, and compete at a high level. These practices are essential for preparing teams to perform at their best during league play!
Our weekly 1.5-hour Team Skill Training sessions focus on developing the essential skills every player needs to succeed. Divided into groups, these sessions emphasize ball-handling, shooting, finishing, passing, and overall fundamentals. Led by experienced coaches, players will refine their technique, build confidence, and improve their game in a high-energy, structured environment. This is a key opportunity for athletes to sharpen their skills and elevate their performance for league play!

Our focus is on teaching the fundamentals, decision-making, and competitive mindset needed to thrive at the next level. That means balancing structured team play with high-rep skill work and real-game scenarios to give players the experience they need to improve.

Skill Development Training (Weekdays): High-rep, high-energy sessions dedicated to shooting, ball-handling, footwork, and finishing.
Live 5v5 Play: Teaching players how to read the game and make smart decisions in real-time.
3v3 & Small-Sided Games: Emphasizing spacing, movement, and on-ball/off-ball IQ to refine skills in a controlled environment.
We are a competitive club, which means playing time is earned through effort, attitude, execution, and performance. However, our commitment is to player development first, ensuring that every athlete has a defined role and opportunities to contribute.
During the regular season, players will gain valuable minutes to apply what they’ve learned in practice. In tournament play, rotations may tighten, but the goal is always growth and preparation for future success.
We know how much you care about your child’s success, and we do too. But we encourage you to zoom out and see the bigger picture—every practice, every rep, and every game is part of their long-term development. Don’t sweat the small stuff—missed shots, a tough game, or minutes in a single contest aren’t what define their journey.
