Future Colonels Academy is a skill development program designed to develop the next generation of Oldham County basketball players, both as athletes and as teammates. Serving as a true feeder system for Oldham County High School, the academy emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship while fostering strong connections among classmates who will one day share the court at the high school level.
The academy offers the following training programs, including:
- Small Group Training for personalized skill development
- Large Group Training for skill development, team concepts and game situations
- Advanced Group Training for high-level athletes seeking a competitive edge
- Sports Performance Training, including core strength, speed, agility, and conditioning
All sessions are led by a top-tier coaching staff featuring Hall of Fame coaches, seasoned high school instructors, and professional-level expertise - including former University of Louisville Men’s Basketball standout Quentin Snider.
By training with their future teammates and under the guidance of proven mentors, athletes in the Future Colonels Academy not only sharpen their game but also build the chemistry, leadership, and work ethic that define championship programs.
